CTA Button & Lead Capture Form Module Library

This product features 30 Call-to-Action (CTA) buttons in distinct visual styles, as well as 12 lead capture form modules (including fields for name, email, and messages). The form modules come with pre-set basic styling (borders, spacing, hover effects) and utilize a “unstyled list” structure, making it easy for you to integrate your backend processing endpoints (e.g., the `form action` attribute). The button assets are provided in two formats: editable PSD source files and corresponding CSS code snippets.

/forms Folder: HTML code and sample screenshots for the 12 form modules.

/ui-kit Folder: Suggested color variables (.txt format) and a list of recommended fonts.

A brief “Field Naming Suggestions” guide to assist you in integrating the forms with your email-sending scripts.
