2. Scope Of Application

These Terms of Service (TOS) govern the contractual relationship between AEON STUDIO and any individual or entity (hereinafter referred to as the “User” or “Customer”) purchasing visual modules and layout assets for website customisation.

Service Limitation: This Site and its products are intended exclusively for Customers located within the European Economic Area (EEA). By using this Site, you confirm you are a resident of a European country.

3. Eligibility And Age Restriction

By accessing this Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. The Company does not knowingly collect data or process payments from individuals under the age of 18.

4. Product Description And Use

The Company provides digital assets, including website layout modules and visual components.

All assets provided are original or sourced from royalty-free libraries.
The products are sold “as is” for the purpose of website decoration and layout enhancement.
The Company does not provide custom-made services, professional advice, or technical implementation.

5. Pricing And Payment

Currency: All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of applicable VAT for European residents.
One-Time Purchase: All transactions on the Site are one-time payments. The Company does not operate a subscription model or recurring billing.
Payment Method: Payments are processed through secure, encrypted channels. Upon successful payment, the Customer will receive access to the digital content.

6. Delivery Of Digital Content

Digital products are delivered via immediate download or email link following the confirmation of payment. No physical goods will be shipped. As there is no physical transport, no tracking number will be provided.

7. Waiver Of Right Of Withdrawal (Refund Policy)

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code and the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium.

By completing a purchase, the Customer expressly acknowledges and agrees to the following:

The performance of the service (delivery of the digital asset) begins immediately upon payment.
The Customer formally waives their 14-day right of withdrawal once the download or digital access has commenced.
As these are non-returnable digital files, all sales are final and non-refundable once delivery has been initiated.

8. Intellectual Property

All content included on this Site, such as text, graphics, logos, and digital modules, is the property of AEON STUDIO or its content suppliers.

The purchase of a product grants the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal or professional website use.
Redistribution, resale, or sub-licensing of the raw files is strictly prohibited.
No rights to third-party trademarks or commercial logos are granted through these terms.

9. Data Protection And Privacy

The Company processes personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Personal information (name, email, address) is collected solely for order fulfilment and legal accounting purposes.

10. Limitation Of Liability

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France.

In the event of a dispute, the parties shall attempt to reach an amicable solution. Should mediation fail, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Nanterre, France, or the jurisdiction required by EU consumer protection regulations.
